Tickets Solved Per Hour (Working Time)

 

The idea behind this new metric was to create a more accurate picture. This metric calculates the tickets solved per hour average by using the agent's working time, not just their time on tickets.

Formula: (Tickets Solved) / (Working Time)= Tickets Solved Per Hour (Working Time)
