Is there a way to eliminate the agent names from the report. We only want reports with total time spent per organization. This will be an executive report. Details about which agent spent time on which ticket is not important at that level.
Thanks for your question. It's not possible to eliminate the agent names entirely from the report, but you can make them less prevalent by choosing to group by "Organization" or "Customer."
Alternatively, you can also download an XLS file and DELETE/HIDE the "Agent" column.
