Got my laptop back the beginning of the week.  Just had time to get to it.  All seems to be fine except the keyboard does not respond at all.  It was fine when I brought it in.  Any ideas?  Mary Lister

    I'm very sorry to hear about the troubles Mary. A technician will be calling tomorrow to schedule a time to look at the system at no cost. It sounds like an error on our end so I look forward to getting it corrected ASAP for you!
