We recently launched a new beta integration of GoodData/Zendesk Insights. Your input on this feature is greatly appreciated. 

First, you can enable the feature under Admin > Settings

After it's enabled, time recorded on tickets will be automatically pushed into a hidden field in your Zendesk named Tymeshift ticket total time (sec).

Time is pushed and saved into this field every time you clock in/clock out of a ticket or add time manually to a ticket. 

Accessing this field in GoodData:

You can select this field within GoodData to slice and dice time recorded on tickets against other metrics in your Zendesk.
