You have complete control over your company within Tymeshift from the Settings area. From here you will set your company name, point of contact, time format, currency format, work week and how you want to group your company's tracked time.
Use the following steps to access your Company Settings:
1) From the drop down menu in your app in Zendesk, select 'Admin. Options'
2) From the options located at the top of your screen, select 'Settings'
3) Adjust your settings as necessary
