How to Install Tymeshift

  1. Go into your Admin area
  2. Select Marketplace under “Apps”
  3. Search “Tymeshift” in the search box
  4. Click the Tymeshift thumbnail
  5. Click the “Install app” button
  6. Click “Install” button

Tymeshift is now installed in your Zendesk account! But there are a few more steps you need to complete in order to use the app:

  1. Go to Views and open any ticket
  2. Open up the Apps sidebar menu
  3. Click the link “CLICK HERE TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT”
  4. Select “Allow”
  5. Enter your contact information
  6. Click “Create my Tymeshift Account” button

You are ready to use Tymeshift in your Zendesk account!
