Activity Feed

The Activity Feed allows users to see the latest actions of their agent's, within Tymeshift.

  • View how many events have occurred on a specific day
  • Star any event. This is great for highlighting an event as positive or negative and marking events for review.
  • Open Zendesk tickets directly from the Activity Feed

Accessing Activity Feed:

Decide what to view:​

 

Determine what data is presented by selecting the following

  1. Day or All Time
  2. Agent or group of agents
  3. Filter by task type
