The Activity Feed allows users to see the latest actions of their agent's, within Tymeshift.
- View how many events have occurred on a specific day
- Star any event. This is great for highlighting an event as positive or negative and marking events for review.
- Open Zendesk tickets directly from the Activity Feed

Decide what to view:
Determine what data is presented by selecting the following
- Day or All Time
- Agent or group of agents
- Filter by task type
