Exporting Reports

With Tymeshift's reporting you are able to export your custom reports. Once you have ran a report you will be able to export the totals or the entire report as a CSV. For information regarding scheduling your reports, please visit the Scheduling Reports support article. 


When exporting a full report it may take some time before the export becomes ready. You will be given the option to receive an email once the export is ready. Simply check the box that appears on the top of your screen, after choosing to export a full CSV.


If you choose to only export the total, the download will appear within your downloaded files.


Determine what data is exporting by selecting which of your Zendesk fields should appear on the export.
