Productivity Report:

The productivity report allows you to quickly view the ticket activity of your agents or groups of agents. The following metrics are utilized by this report:

How to run a Productivity Report:

  1. Access this feature by accessing the Reports drop down and selecting Productivity Report​
  2. Select your reporting criteria​

Viewing the data:

  1. Search by Agent Name, Ticket # or Productivity Metric​
  2. You are also able to sort by date or time
  3. Click on any Ticket # to open that ticket up in Zendesk
  4. Export any report as a .cvs by clicking the 'Export' button​
